GAYATRI SUGARS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve i. the un-audited Financial Results/Statements for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024.ii. variation in terms of 6% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares.iii. To approve the notice for Postal Ballot for variation in terms of 6% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares under Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
