Gateway Real Estate AG (the "Company" – WKN A0JJTG / ISIN DE000A0JJTG7) has today decided to invite the creditors of its 4.25% Bond 2021-2026 (the "Bond" – WKN A3E5QK / ISIN DE000A3E5QK1) to vote in a vote without meeting under the German Debt Securities Act (Schuldverschreibungsgesetz, "SchVG") (the "Vote Without Meeting"). As part of the vote without meeting, it is proposed to the bondholders to resolve on a restructuring of the bond that provides for an extension of the bond's maturity until January 31, 2028.
