Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 the trading window for Dealing in securities of the Company would remain close from Wednesday 01st January 2025 till end of 48 hours after unaudited financial results of the Company for quarter ended 31st December 2024 are communicated to the Stock Exchange for the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnels, designated persons of the Company including their immediate relatives.
