In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform you that the Company is undertaking capacity expansion initiatives at Raichak, Timber Pond facility -Shalimar and Damodar facility Khidderpore Docks to strengthen its indigenous shipbuilding capabilities, support future growth and enhance the ability to execute larger and more complex projects with capital expenditure cost of Rs.2500 crore, Rs.100 crore and Rs.70 crore, respectively, aggregating to Rs.2670 crore.Copy of the press release is enclosed herewith.This is for your information and record.
