Further, please note that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's Code of Practices and Procedures of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the trading window for dealing in the Company''s shares by designated persons has been closed from April 1, 2025, and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results.
