GANGA PAPERS INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Statements of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 and to consider any other business if any. Further in accordance to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in accordance with Company''s Code of Conduct of Insider trading " Trading Window" was closed from 01st January 2025 and shall reopen after 48 hours on the announcement of Financial results.
