Polish horror games developer Bloober Team GPW:BLO has proposed a target of 500 million zlotys ($139 million) in accumulated core earnings (EBITDA) for 2026-2029 as part of a new incentive programme, it said late on Friday.The proposal, which will be voted on by shareholders later this month, also sets a condition for the company to reach a market capitalisation of at least 1.2 billion zlotys by the end of 2028, compared to around 443 million zlotys today, according to a draft resolution.KEY CONTEXTThe programme envisages an issuance of new shares expanding the share capital by 15% over four years.An extraordinary general meeting is scheduled to vote on the resolution on March 26.The company's 2024 EBITDA was 41.1 million zlotys. It will report results for 2025 on April 21.It is working on several major projects that should help it meet the "demanding" targets, CEO Piotr Babieno said.Bloober Team announced in February it would release a new instalment in its "Layers of Fear" series.($1 = 3.6042 zlotys)
