This is to inform that the Company has completed the transfer of entire equity stake held in Visco Advisory Private Limited ("VAPL") a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company to BREP Asia III India Holding Co II Pte. Ltd an entity owned by funds managed and/or advised by affiliates of Blackstone Inc.("Blackstone") within time.
