Galada Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/10/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform the Exchange that the meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Saturday, the 26th of October, 2024 at 4.00 PM at the registered office of the Company Inert alia amongst other items, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2024 and any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
