GAIA RESOURCES, INC., a Nevada based resource company, was formed to capitalize on the unprecedented opportunity that the resource industry presents in the So. Western United States and globally. Gaia has forged an agreement with Thunder Gulch Resources Ltd. which has identified gold bearing properties in a historical mining area of the South West United States and is acquiring rights to large mineral properties in the area. The properties are situated in a designated mining district and are centrally located between two of the largest operating gold mine operations in the United States. Thunder Gulch has conducted preliminary testing and assaying. Gaia Resources Inc. intends to conduct full scale testing and drilling programs on the targeted properties.

G. Robert (Rob) McIntyre - President / Treasurer
An executive, entrepreneur, and strategic professional with a proven track record of leadership and success, Mr. McIntyre has acted as President and in other high ranking executive positions in a number of successful corporations and start-up companies. Using his strategic planning, team building, management and negotiation skills he has led many international projects. Rob McIntyre has developed tactical business plans and marketing strategies in addition to drafting and negotiating agreements internationally. He has been President of a privately owned Alaska gold mine operation in the 1990s and has sat on various private and public boards. Mr. McIntyre is a dynamic, results-driven professional who is determined to build Gaia Resources Inc. into a vibrant force that defines and leads the convergence within the resource industry.
Donald G. (Don) Dixon - Vice President, Director of Mining Operations
Mr. Dixon is a consummate mining professional with over 26 years experience in executive and field operations. Currently Don is President of Glacier Dredge Ltd. in Yukon Territories, Canada. This 12 year old company specializes in custom mining equipment installations and mill retrofitting. The company has completed work in South, Central and North America. As well Mr. Dixon also is an experienced drill operator and will head up the evaluation and drilling program for Gaia Resources Inc. He is also a successful prospector with many mine operations in production as a direct result of his expertise. Don is dedicated to the future of Gaia Resources Inc. and its continued growth.
Norman A. (Norm) Pearson - Senior Consultant / Project Manager
Mr. Pearson brings over 30 years experience in mining operations to Gaia Resources Inc. He is currently President of Thunder Gulch Resources Ltd. a private mining entity operating globally. Norm has over 30 years of experience and has performed exploration and development of precious metals in Canada, United States, Venezuela, Africa and Russia and has set up mines on four continents: Asia, South America, Africa, and North America. He has been a miner for over 3 decades and has worked on more than 70 properties.
From 1992-1994 as the project manager for Naxos Resources Ltd. in Venezuela, South America, Mr. Pearson acquired property and financing and set up operations producing diamonds and gold. He spent time between 1995-1998 in Tajikistan performing as project manager for Gulf International Minerals Inc. Mr. Pearson also operated a successful placer mining operation in Nevada during 2000-2001. Currently operating TGR primarily for the further development of Gaia Resources Inc., he is ready to conduct full field studies and drilling on several properties that TGR has identified for possible acquisition by Gaia Resources Inc.
