  1. The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results along with the Statement of assets and liabilities and Cash flow statement for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the same along with the limited review report received from the statutory auditors is enclosed.

  2. An Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.90 per share having face value of Re. 1 each.

We have reviewed the unaudited financial results of Gab e1 India Limited (the “Company”) for the quarter ended September 3o, ao•5 and the year to date results for the period April oi, zoos to September 3o, zoz5, which are included in the accompanying Statement of Standalone Unaudited Financial Results quarter and half year ended September 3o, sos5, the Standalone Statement of

    Assets and Liabilities as on that date and the Standalone Statement of Cash Flows for the half-year ended on that date (the "Statement”). The Statement has been prepared by the Company pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, Lois. as amended (the “Listing Regulations, flOi5"), which has been initialled by us for identificationpurposes. This Statement, which is the responsibility of the Company's Management and approved by the Board of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standar 34 “Interim Financial Reporting" (“Ind 34”). prescribed

    under Section i33 Of the Companies Act, ooi3, and other accounting principles generally accepted in

    India. Our responsibility ia to expressa conclusion on the Statement based on our review.

We conducted our review nf the Statement in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagements (SRE) s41o, “Review of Interim Financial Infnrmation Performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity’ issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants ofIndia. This Standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the Statement is free of material misstatement.

  3. A review of interim financial information consists of making inquiries, primarily of persons responsible for financial and accounting matters, arid applying analytical and other review procedures. A review is substantially less in scope than an audit conducted in accordance with Standards on Auditing and consequently does not enable us to obtain assurance that we would

become aware of all significant matters that might be identified in an audit. Accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion.

4• Based on our review conducted as above, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that the Statement has not been prepared in all material respects in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in the aforesaid Indian Accounting Standard and other accounting principles generally accepted in India andhas not disclosed the information required to be disclosed in terms of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, zoosdeluding the manner in which it is to be disclosed, or that it contains any material misstatement.

We have reviewed the consolidated unaudited financial results of Gabriel India I imited (the “Holding Company”), its subsidiaries (the Holding Company and its subsidiaries hereinafter referred to as the “Group”), (refer paragraph 4 below) for the quarter ended September 3o, zoz5 and the year to date results for the period April oi, zoos to September 3o, zO2§ which are included in the accompanying Statement of Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 3o, zoos. the Consolidated Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date and the Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows for thehalf-year ended on that date (the “Statement”). The Statement is being submitted by the Holding Company pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, void, as amended (the “Listing Regulations, 2Ol5”1. which has been initialed by us for identification purposes.

This Statement, which is the responsibility of the Holding Company's Management and has been approved by the Holding Company's Board of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard s4 “Interim Financial Reporting”, prescribed under Section 30 Of the Companies Act, s •3. and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. Our responsibility is to express a conclusion on the Statement based on our review.
