We are filing this Amendment No. 1 on Form 10-K/A (this "Amendment") of FVCBankcorp, Inc. to re-file the certifications attached as Exhibits 31.1, 31.2, 32.1, and 32.2 of the previously filed Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025, filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 16, 2026 (the "Original Report"). The certifications attached to the Original Report included scrivener's errors that have been corrected in the versions attached to this Amendment. This Amendment also provides an updated list of exhibits in Part IV. Except as described above, no other changes have been made to the Original Report. The Original Report continues to speak as of the date of the Original Report, and we have not updated the disclosures contained therein to reflect any events that have occurred at a date subsequent to the filing of the Original Report.
