5.Cause of occurrence:
1)The Board of the company's subsidiary, Minson Integration Inc.(Minson),
resolved to reassess the accounting treatment of acquiring demerged
business in 2020, and restate its consolidated and parent company only
financial statements of 2020. The restatement above has no material
influence to the Company's consolidated and parent company only financial
statements.
2)According to the restatement above, Minson decrease its funds leading
limits to subsidiaries Mintech Enterprises Company Limited and
Minone Enterprises Company Limited to NT$130,000 thousand (or equivalent
amount of US$) and NT$170,000 (or equivalent amount of US$), respectively.
6.Countermeasures:Minson to restate its consolidated and parent company only
financial statements and decrease its fund lending limits to subsidiaries
Mintech Enterprises Company Limited and Minone Enterprises Company Limited.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:The restatement above has
no material influence to the Company's announced consolidated and parent
company only financial statements and also no material influence to the
Company's financial situation and business operation.
