Further to our letter dated 3rd November 2020 announcing the Postponement of the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Serendib Land PLC (the Company), we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the said Company has decided to Reschedule the said AGM on Friday, 18th December 2020 at 3.00 p.m. at Hotel Renuka, No. 328, Colombo 03. In consideration of the prevailing COVID-19 Pandemic in the country, the Quarantine curfew and in the best interest of the Shareholders of the Company, kindly note that, the said AGM shall be held via an online meeting platform without the physical presence of the Shareholders. Note that the Circular to Shareholders in relation to the foregoing, together with the Revised Notice of Meeting will be dispatched to the Shareholders via courier by the Company, today (Wednesday, 25th November 2020).
