We refer to the recent approval sought from the shareholders of the Company by way of Special Resolution in the EGM held on 15.07.2025 for issue of 64,85,000 Convertible Warrants of Rs. 10/- each at premium of Rs. 106/- per warrant amounting to Rs. 75,22,60,000/-. The said Special Resolution was approved by the shareholders of the Company.As per the requirement of the SEBI (ICDR) Reg. 2018, the Company applied for seeking the In Principle approval from BSE Ltd., exchange where the shares of the Company are listed.The exchange had raised certain queries on utilisation of funds and on certain other matters. The Company had replied to all queries in detail. However the BSE Ltd. vide the letter attached herewith received on 8.09.2025 through an email has returned the Company''s said application.
