The Company has submitted an application to BSE Ltd., for reclassification of Mrs. Namrata Jain, Ms. Prachi Jain and Sureshchand Chhotelal Jain (HUF) from Promoter/Promoter Group Category to Public Category. The details of the same are given in the letter attached herewith.
