The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Function International Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to notify that Acting Sub Lt. Tanachot Saenharn has resigned from a director of the Company because of his other businesses. The resignation is effective from 1 July 2022 onwards.
The Company will consider to appoint a new eligible director to substitute the vacancy and inform The Stock Exchange of Thailand in due course.
