INTERNATIONAL CONSOLIDATED AIRLINES GROUP, S.A. Full settlement of EUR 500,000,000 Series A Bonds and EUR 500,000,000 Series B Bonds International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. ("IAG") announces, further to the other relevant communications (OIRs) on 20 May 2026  (registered with the CNMV under numbers 40,955 and 40,970) regarding the launch by IAG of the issue (the "Issue") of two separate series (the "Series") of senior unsecured bonds (the "Bonds") for an aggregate principal amount of: (i) EUR 500,000,000 Series A Bonds and (ii) EUR 500,000,000 Series B Bonds, that, on the date hereof, being the closing date of the Issue, all the Bonds have been fully subscribed and settled. The Series A Bonds (ISIN: XS3364672256) and the Series B Bonds (ISIN: XS3364672413) have been admitted to the Official List and to trading on the regulated market (the "Regulated Market") of the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin ("Euronext Dublin"). The Regulated Market of Euronext Dublin is a regulated market for the purposes of Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets in financial instruments. J.P. Morgan SE, Morgan Stanley Europe SE, MUFG Securities (Europe) N.V. and SMBC Bank EU AG acted as Joint Global Co-ordinators and as Joint Lead Bookrunners. Barclays Bank Ireland PLC and Standard Chartered Bank acted as Passive Bookrunners.
