Bio CDMO Business: FY2025 Financial Forecast and FY2026 Financial Outlook

FY2025

Forecast

While the launch of new large-scale facilities is progressing, we anticipate impacts on small- to medium-scale facilities due to delays in securing early-stage projects and production losses. Accordingly, profit forecast has been revised to incorporate the optimization of production structure in response to the current business environment of small- to medium-scale facilities.

FY2026

Outlook

EBITDA is expected to improve despite the fixed costs for the early ramp-up of new large-scale facilities are being incurred ahead of schedule to meet strong demand in the U.S. Along with the growing market, we expect to enter a phase of accelerating profit growth from FY2027 when these large-scale facilities in the U.S. are ramped up to full-scale operations.
