In light of this appointment, it was determined that his continued service as a director of FRNT would represent a conflict of interest. The Company thanks Mr. Richmond for his contributions and service to the Board and wishes him success in his new role.As previously announced on May 13, 2026, the Company continues to advance its formal review of strategic alternatives intended to maximize shareholder value (the "Strategic Review").
