Freelance.com completes the sale of its subsidiary Provigis, third-party compliance monitoring platformFreelance.com (Euronext Growth Paris - FR0004187367 - ALFRE), leader in the relationship between companies and their external talent, announces the sale of its Provigis subsidiary to the CTAIMA Group. By joining forces with a European leader in legal compliance monitoring, Provigis will be able to pursue new market opportunities and broaden its value proposition.
Created in 2009 as part of Freelance.com, the Provigis platform secures business relationships between companies by acting as a third-party collection agency. This subsidiary, whose activity is complementary to but not strategic for Freelance.com, was managed independently of the Group's core business. It represents less than 3% of total consolidated sales and EBITDA.
