VANCOUVER, BC, June 29, 2026 /CNW/ - Freegold Ventures Limited (TSX: FVL) (Frankfurt: FR4N) (OTCQX: FGOVF) ("Freegold", the Company) today announced that all matters set out in the Management Information Circular dated May 26, 2026 for the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 26, 2026 (the "Meeting") were approved by the shareholders holding 86,999,687 shares were voted representing approximately 15.06% of the outstanding shares of the Company.
