AN ATTORNEY OPINION LETTER
Carson City, NV, May 5, 2015 – (OTC Pink: FMNJ) (FMNJ) – Franklin Mining, Inc. received an Attorney Opinion Letter with respect to information published in their 2014 Annual Disclosure Statement and Quarterly Financial Statements. The Company’s year-end statements were recently filed at www.OTCMarkets.com.
The Attorney Opinion Letter finalized requirements to be recognized by OTC Markets Group as providing
investors with current information.
The purpose of Franklin Mining, Inc. continuing to maintain their “Current Information” status is to allow
