About this update from Foxconn Technology Co., Ltd.

Apple-supplier NASDAQ:AAPL Foxconn is starting 2026 on a strong note, with January sales jumping sharply as AI demand continues to ripple through the hardware supply chain. The Apple and Nvidia NASDAQ:NVDA supplier said January revenue climbed 35.53% year over year to NT$730B, the strongest January result on record. Sales did dip 15.39% from December, but Foxconn framed that as normal seasonality tied to shipment timing. In U.S. dollar terms, revenue was up about 41.3% from a year ago, underscoring just how strong demand has been.Management sounded increasingly confident about the current quarter. Foxconn said shipments of AI racks are still ramping, smart consumer electronics are holding up better than expected, and overall Q1 seasonality should come in stronger than the average of the past 5 years. Cloud and networking products led year-over-year growth, driven by AI, while computing products slipped slightly.
