- Adopting a change in the bond loan terms and conditions
Draft resolution: Changing the interest rate of the bond issue to a floating 6-month EURIBOR + 1.00% but not less than 2.50% and not more than 5.00% p.a.
- In the lack of quorum, the GMB will be held on 12 April 2024 at 1:30 pm, same place and agenda.
