POLL RESULTS OF RESOLUTIONS PROPOSED AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Board is pleased to announce that all ordinary resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held on 19 June 2015 were duly passed by way of poll.
Reference is made to the circular ("Circular") of Fortune Sun (China) Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 16 April 2015. Terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular unless the context requires otherwise.
POLL RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

As at the date of the Annual General Meeting, the total issued share capital of the Company comprised
201,680,000 Shares, which was the total number of Shares entitling the Shareholders to attend and vote on the Resolutions at the Annual General Meeting. There were no Shares entitling the Shareholders to attend and abstain from voting in favour of the Resolutions at the Annual General Meeting as set out in Rule 13.40 of the Listing Rules. No Shareholder was required under the Listing Rules to abstain from voting on the Resolutions at the Annual General Meeting.
The Company's Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, was appointed as the scrutineer at the Annual General Meeting for the purpose of vote-taking.
