This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on Friday, February 13, 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2025.'The Board Meeting Commenced at 03:30 p.m. and concluded at 04:30 p.m.'In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith a copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results along with a copy of 'Limited Review Report' issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2025.
