Tasomix Sp. z o.o., an affiliate of ForFarmers, signed a preliminary agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Farmpasz Podlasie Sp. z o.o., located in Makówka (North-eastern Poland).This acquisition is a next step in Tasomix's strategy of dynamic growth and strengthening its market position, especially in ruminants. The transaction is expected to be completed in February 2026.
Tasomix, since 2018 part of the ForFarmers Group, has worked with Farmpasz for many years. This long-standing cooperation ensures deep knowledge of the plant's technology and production potential, enabling efficient integration and future development.
Founded in 2001, Farmpasz currently specializes in ruminant feed production with an annual capacity of 80,000 tons. The plant is equipped with a modern packaging line and high-bay warehouse, providing a solid and efficient base for bagged feed products.
