Within the scope of the transaction publicly disclosed by our Company on 13.03.2026, it has been communicated that the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency has approved our Company's acquisition of 100% of the shares in Koç Finansman A.Ş.
Efforts to fulfil the other closing conditions set forth under the Share Purchase Agreement are ongoing, and material developments regarding the matter will be disclosed to the public.
This statement has been translated into English and simultaneously announced for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
