Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas S A : Re-election of Alicia Alcocer Koplowitz as dominical director

The General Shareholders' Meeting of FCC has approved, following a favourable report from the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, the re-election of Alicia Alcocer Koplowitz as a domanial director, for a statutory period of four years.

On the same day, the Board of Directors appointed Alicia Alcocer as a member of the Executive Committee.
