INTRODUCTION

With reference to the three-month period ended 31 March 2026 (hereinafter the "first quarter 2026" or "three months of 2026" or "period"), the quantitative data and the comments contained in this Report are intended to provide an overview of the Group's economic, financial and equity situation, the relative changes that occurred during the period in question, and the significant events that affected the results for the period.

The first three months of the financial year recorded results that were generally in line with expectations, confirming the soundness of the business.
