EDMONTON, July 14 /CNW/ - Flukong Enterprise Inc. (the "Corporation") (FLG -TSX.V) advises that the Corporation has recently received a letter from Ekota Central Ltd. which indicated that Ekota is no longer interested in the merger with Flukong as per Letter of Intent signed Sept 26, 2008.
The reasons for Ekota terminating the Letter of Intent are:
1) Flukong's inability to meet TSX-Venture Exchange's requirements.
2) The excessive amount of time which has elapsed for Flukong to
complete the proposed merger.
The Corporation also received resignation notices from Mr. Victor Buffalo as a director and the following seven individuals as members of Flukong's Advisory Board: Dr. Wilton (Willie) Littlechild; Mr. Ven Cote; Mr. David Schuster; Mr. David Tam; Mr. Gary E. Loblick; Mr. Peter Ouellette and Mr. Tony G. Barlott
