If the Rights Issue is oversubscribed, the Board of Directors may decide to increase the issue amount through an overallotment issue of up to SEK 130 million, conditional upon the annual general meeting on 12 June 2025 resolving to renew the issue authorization for the board of directors (the “Overallotment Issue”). The disclosure document has been registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is available on the Company’s website.The Company has prepared a disclosure document by reason of the Rights Issue pursuant to Article 1.4 db of the Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the “Prospectus Regulation”).
