Press release May 18, 2026 Fiskars Group's BA Vita's company Fiskars Finland (Vita) initiates change negotiations at the Iittala glass factory Fiskars Corporation Press Release May 18, 2026 at 2 p.m. EEST Fiskars Finland (Vita) Oy Ab will initiate change negotiations at the Iittala glass factory. The negotiations concern a total of 132 employees, and senior salaried employees whose primary workplace is the Iittala glass factory. The negotiations are related to adapting operations to the current market situation. The negotiations include possible furloughs as well as a preliminary need to reduce up to 15 positions. The negotiations are part of the broader transformation and organizational renewal program previously communicated by Fiskars Group's Vita business area. Similar processes have already been carried out in other parts of the organization during the first half of the year.
