FIRSTIME DESIGN LIMITED (FTDL) today announced net sales for the six months ended June 30, 2016 of $3,841,000 a decrease of 16.9% compared to the same period last year. The Company reported consolidated net income of $374,000 or $0.25 per common share, a decrease of 21.4% compared to the same six-month period of last year. Second quarter net income was $129,000 or $0.09 per common share, a decrease of 49.8% as compared to the same three-month period of last year. FTDL ended the quarter with $3,753,000 of cash and cash equivalents on the balance sheet.
