On-market Share Buyback Programme of£100m
Completion of Second Tranche and Commencement of Third Tranche
FirstGroup plc ("FirstGroup")announces that, in accordance with the terms of its
£100m on-market share buyback programme announced on18 June 2026 (the
"Buyback"), Panmure Liberum Limited completed the second tranche on 9 October
2026. In the first two tranches 27,522,679 ordinary shares have been purchased
for £49,806,894. The shares are currently being held in Treasury.
RBC Europe Limited will now commence the third £25mtranche of the Buyback of
with effect from today. The third and fourth tranches of the Buyback are
expected to proceed as set out in our announcement of 18 June 2026.
