McDonald has been elected to the Board of Directors by the shareholders of the Company at the annual general meeting held on June 6, 2006. Mr. McDonald is the President of Results Management Inc., Management Consultants. He is also currently Chairman of the Board and a Director of Vitality Products Inc. Mr. McDonald is a former President of KNV Results Management Inc., Management Consultants; former Vice President and General Manager of Andre's Wines; and former Vice President, Scott Paper. At the annual general meeting, shareholders also approved increasing the size of the Board by one to five places and re-elected Robert H. Grant, William N. Grant, Robert H. McClelland and James W. F. Tutton as Directors of the Company for the ensuing year. Consolidated Firstfund Capital Corp. has awarded options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company, which will entitle option holders to purchase up to 535,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.30 per share for a period of five years.
