First International Distributor Agreement Signed

Netcall PLC 28 February 2000 FIRST INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT SIGNED Netcall plc's principal operating subsidiary, NetCall Telecom ('NetCall') announces the signing of an important international distributor agreement, the first that NetCall has signed that allows an international partner access to its HyperPhoneLink(TM) technology overseas. As part of the agreement, M & S Technologies of Johannesburg, South Africa has purchased a NetCall Telephony node for an initial sum of £21,000 with further payments and telephony revenues becoming due as traffic develops . The node will communicate with NetCall's Global telephony network and local South African telephony to allow NetCall's e-commerce and business services to be provided remotely from the UK. David Rothschild, Chief Executive of Netcall plc, commented: 'This is the first arrangement of this type that we have concluded. By licensing a partner to resell NetCall services and by further expanding the reach of the network, I believe this agreement represents a significant advance in NetCall's global strategic development.
