This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Habib Metropolitan Modaraba Management Company (Private) Limited will be held on Thursday, August 06, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at 6'h Floor, HBZ Plaza (Hirani Centre) I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi to consider the Annual Audited Financial Statements of First Habib Modaraba for the year ended June 30, 2026 for declaration of any entitlement.
The Modaraba has declared the "Closed Period" from July 30, 2026 to August 06, 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the certificates of the modaraba in any manner during the closed period.
