Legal grounds:Art. 56 item 1 (2) of the Act on Public Offering Act Extraordinary General Meeting 2019
Report content:
Management Board of Tire Company Dębica S.A. ("Company"), in reference to the current report no. 2/2019 of 25 January 2019, informs about the change of the date of publication of the annual report for 2018, which was originally published on 17 April 2019.
In connection with the change in the composition of the Supervisory Board, the new deadline for publishing the annual report for 2018 will be 25 April 2019.
