S.p.A. as part of its treasury share buyback programme (the Programme) - which was launched on 8 May 2025 implementing the 17 April 2025 Shareholders' Meeting resolution - in the 3 NOVEMBER - 7 NOVEMBER 2025 period, purchased 19,000 treasury shares, (equal to 0.0743% of the share capital), at an average weighted price of € 9.3080, for a total value of € 176,851.89.
