Sunright Limited (the "Company") had previously issued a profit guidance on 18 February 2025 regarding the financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the first half financial year ended 31 January 2025.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to issue a follow-up profit guidance regarding the financial results of the Group for the financial year ended 31 July 2025 ("FY2025"). Based on the preliminary financial figures available, the Group expects to report a reduced loss in second half of FY2025, resulting in a full year loss. This is mainly due to uneven recovery of our customers' orders in the automotive and computing markets.

Further details of the Group's performance will be disclosed when the Company

announces its unaudited results for the FY2025 in due course.

In the meantime, shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company. Shareholders and investors should consult their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors or other professional advisers if they have any doubt about the course of action that they should take before dealing in the shares of the Company.
