Pharos Energy plc ("Pharos" or the "Company" or, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") Final Dividend Payment Date Pharos Energy plc announces that the final dividend of 0.847 pence per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, scheduled to be paid on 18 July 2025, will now be paid on the next business day of 21 July 2025 to all shareholders due to receive the dividend credited to their bank account via funds transfer. There is no change to eligibility for the dividend, which is payable to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 13 June 2025. The delay in payment is a result of an administrative error at the Company's bank in processing the BACS payment representing the dividend. Shareholders receiving the dividend payment via cheque will not be affected.
