Finacial Statements 2023: delay in approbation for technical reasons

On request of the Belgian Ministry of Finance, our company had to carry out a transition from its accounting systems to an authorized platform compliant with the belgian directives. The transition was carried out by the Fidiaz Company with the software Octopus on the Financial Statament 2023. Photonike Capital is now waiting for Fidiaz to return the company's FS2023 in the digital form compatible with belgian directives. The document will then go to Vyvey & Co for the mandatory audit by law. Therefore, Photonike Capital SA will convene the General Shareholding Meeting as soon as the document will be ready from auditors, not before the end of the year. The basis of the balance sheet is those available in the draft published in the Shareholders Area of company website on August 2024.
