The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting interalia considered and approved the following:1. Resignation from Mr. Ramesh Hosmane as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 30, 20262. Appointment of Mr. Tarak Gor as CFO of the Company w.e.f. May 31, 20263. Reviewed the proposal for issuance of securities by way of preferential issue/ private placement/ Rights Issue for cash/ other than cash and decided to take up the matter in future with detailed analysis and structure.4. Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with Audit Report and Unmodified opinion declaration5. Certificate under Regulation 33(2)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015.6. Reviewed the updated Policy on Materiality of Related Party Transactions.
