I. di Torino n. 05787820017 Press release Fidia S.p.A.: submission of minority shareholders' list for the appointment of the statutory auditors - information according to art. 144- octies paragraph 2, Regolamento Emittenti Consob nr. 11971/1999 Torino, April 4, 2017 - The Company informs that no minority shareholders' list for the election of the statutory auditors of Fidia S.p.A. has been submitted within the terms foreseen by the art. 144- sexies paragraph 4 of Regolamento Emittenti Consob nr. 11971/1999. Therefore, pursuant the art. 144- sexies paragraph 5 of Regolamento Emittenti Consob nr. 11971/1999 and the art. 23 of the Company's Bylaws, new lists may be submitted until April 6, 2017 and the threshold of participation required for the submission of the lists is reduced to 1.25% (half of the quota provided for by the Company's Bylaws).
