Planning of the C ompany's events for the year 2018: Fidia S.p.A. has planned for the current year the following events: 15 March 2018 h.10.00 : Board of Directors for the approval of the 31.12.2017 Draft Financial Statement and Consolidated Financial Statement; 27-28 March 2018 : "Star Conference 201 8 - Milano", meeting with the financial community organized by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.; 27 April 2018 h. 16.00 : Shareholders' meeting for the approval of the 31.12.201 7 Financial Statement - 1 st call; 28 April 2018 h. 16.00 : Shareholders' meeting for the approval of the 31.12.2017 Financial Statement - 2 nd call; 15 May 2018 h. 10.00 : Board of Directors for the approval of the 1 st Quarterly Report 2018; 19 September 2018 h. 10.00 : Board of Directors for the approval of the Half-yearly Report as at June 30, 2018; 23-24 October 2018 : "Star Conference 201 8 - London", meeting with the financial community organized by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.; 13 November 2018 h. 10.00 : Board of Directors for the approval of the 3 rd Quarterly Report 2018.
