DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF THE AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2025, AND THE UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDED MARCH 31, 2026
In accordance with the provisions of the Rulebook of Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX or The Exchange), we wish to inform our valued shareholders and the public about the delay in publishing Fidelity Bank Plc's (the Bank) Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025 (2025 AFS), and the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31 March 2026 (2026 Q1 UFS), within the regulatory due date of 31 March 2026 and 30 April 2026, respectively.
The 2025 AFS has been submitted to the Central Bank of Nigeria for approval and thereafter, will be published in compliance with the provisions of the Nigerian Exchange Limited's Rulebook and other relevant statutes/regulations.
Premised on the foregoing, the Bank's insiders have been informed that the trading window for dealing in its shares will remain closed to them and their connected persons until twenty-four (24) hours after publication of the 2025 AFS and the 2026 Q1 UFS to NGX and by extension, the general public.
