NOTICE OF AUDIT OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2025, AND DECLARATION OF CLOSED PERIOD
In accordance with the provisions of the Rulebook of Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX or The Exchange), we hereby notify NGX, our esteemed shareholders and the General public that Fidelity Bank Plc (the Bank) has commenced the audit of its Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2025.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to hold on February 19, 2026, to consider various matters including the Audited Financial Statements for the year ending 2025 (2025 AFS). Thereafter, the 2025 AFS shall be presented to the Central Bank of Nigeria for regulatory approval and thereafter, published in compliance with the provisions of the NGX Rulebook and other relevant statutes/regulations.
Premised on the foregoing, the Bank's insiders have been informed that the trading window for dealing in its shares will remain closed to them and their connected persons from January 1, 2026, until 24 hours after publication of the 2025 AFS on the trading floor of the NGX.
