NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Viana, November 10, 2016 - Fertilizantes Heringer S.A. ('Issuer') announces to its shareholders and the market the settlement, on the present date, of the third and last installment of its 2nd Debenture Issue.
The 2nd Debenture Issue was held in May 2013, in a single issue, with nominal unit value of R$ 10,000.00 (ten thousand reais), at the amount of 26,000 (twenty-six thousand) Debentures, totaling R$ 260,000,000.00 (two hundred sixty million reais).
